THE REAL OUTDOOR CAMPFIRE EXPERIENCE

Some of our fondest memories are of our outdoor bonfire experiences.  From that first camping trip, making smores with the family to the multitude of heart and body warming experiences.  The outdoor bonfire is embodied in the history of humanity.  It formed part of our evolution when we learned to cook our food.  Its essential for survival in the wilderness.  Its something we do to celebrate, to relax, to cook, to survive, to gather with friends and family.

While not unique to Canada, the Canadian outdoors offer up an environment for the outdoor campfire second to none.  Big forests, lakes and mountain vistas along with chilly nights and lots of outdoor space offer up the perfect environment to have a fire together.  Here in Revelstoke, B.C., the heartland of the Western Canada, where the forests are rich and one of the only inland temperate rainforests in the world exists, the idea for a better portable bonfire firepit was born.
